Founded in Aug., 2007, Shenzhen XZD is focusing on consumer products surrounded with the New Energy industry.  From product ideation, industrial design, engineering to manufacturing, we launched more than hundred of models to the market, the typical products includes:

–  Battery Packs (cylindrical and polymer battery cells);

-BMS system;

-Power-stations, from 45 watts to 3,000 watts;

-Various home appliances, humidifiers, air purifier, wireless vaccum cleaner, percussive massagers and personal care products for which equiped with in-house designed BLDC motor control system; 

After 15 years of development, now we have:

-Sized 18,000m² in one facility:

     4 automatic SMT lines, including Samsung, Juki & Yamaha high speed SMT machines for PCBA and/or flexible PCBAs

     18 assembling lines for consumer products, including 2X packaging lines

-Self-owned R&D Center in BaoAn District, focus on AI integrations for different applications.
